We recommend keeping your leather away from excessive moisture and conditioning it occasionally with a natural leather balm. Each order includes simple care instructions.

Do you offer repairs or maintenance?

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We hope you love your Dovie Kate piece. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include any packaging or tags.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable service.


Non-Returnable Items

Because each Dovie Kate piece is handcrafted to order, custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.
