CONDITIONING -
Taking care of your Dovie Kate leather products is essential to maintain their beauty and longevity. We recommend regularly conditioning your leather items with a high-quality leather conditioner to keep them hydrated and supple. Apply the conditioner using a soft cloth and allow it to absorb into the leather for optimal nourishment.
CLEANING -
When it comes to cleaning your leather goods, use a damp cloth with mild soap or leather cleaner to gently wipe away dirt or stains. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the leather's natural finish. After cleaning, allow the leather to air dry away from direct heat sources to prevent drying out.
PATINA AND AGE -
Embrace the natural aging process of leather, as it will develop a unique patina over time, adding character and charm to your cherished possessions. Limited Lifetime Warranty
We take pride in the quality and durability of our leather goods which is why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty for every qualifying Dovie Kate leather item or bag purchased from our online store. Proof of purchase is required in order to receive a qualifying warranty repair.
Repairs
We stand by the design, quality and craftsmanship of our goods which is why we are happy to cover issues due to a manufacturer defect incurred during the lifetime of your items. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is applicable to the lifetime of our bags and leather goods for up to 3 years, and covers defective seam stitching, faulty zippers, hardware defects and fabric or material defects. We will always attempt to repair your item with original or similar materials, however in some cases we may need to use new materials or material colors for your repair. We will always discuss these options with you prior to making the repair.

Every item is subject to review by our team. All repairs require proof of purchase. Some repairs that are not due to a manufacturer’s defect may require a reasonable fee. Final Sale, Clearance and Sample Sale items are not covered by our warranty.
